Delivery： They took care of everything. It was door to door, well packaged, and on time. Quality： I'm really impressed with the quality of the machine. The motion is really smooth and it perfectly replicates the Prime seated row. I'm really stoked about this addition to my gym. The welds look good and everything felt "right", if that makes sense. Service： I worked with Kelly Zhang who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I am definitely going to purchase from this supplier again. I would also like to note that it did take around 8-ish weeks to arrive, but that's to be expected since these are built to order. Beyond that they negotiated a very fair price which I was pleased with. One thing that really impressed me is how they setup the machine for assembly. No instructions are provided. Instead, the bolts come threaded throug the correct holes and each piece has corresponding numbers. 1 goes to 1, 2 goes to 2, etc. Really cool stuff. I wish every company did it that way
